HURREM

I am excited to share my musical interpretation of the life of Roxelana/Hurrem, the harem slave turned empress who captured the heart of the Turkish emperor Suleiman the Magnificent. The suite encompasses her evolution from Eastern-European slave to a conquering figure of the Ottoman Empire.
